1. Authorized Use Only

This system — the PYPA VBS 2026 Command Center — is a private, password-protected application operated exclusively by and for authorized volunteers and staff of India Christian Assembly, New Jersey, in connection with Vacation Bible School 2026 ("the Event"). Access is granted solely for performing official duties assigned to you by event organizers. Any access for personal, commercial, unauthorized, or malicious purposes is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable federal and state computer fraud and abuse laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and the New Jersey Computer Related Offenses Act (N.J.S.A. 2C:20-25).

2. Confidentiality of Information

This system contains personally identifiable information (PII) of minors (children under 18) and adults, including but not limited to: full names, grade levels, parent/guardian names and contact details, church affiliation, residential city and state, t-shirt sizes, check-in and check-out timestamps, and volunteer role assignments. You agree to treat all such information as strictly confidential. You must not disclose, copy, photograph, screenshot, export, share, transmit, or otherwise reproduce any data from this system to any person or entity not directly involved in the authorized operations of PYPA VBS 2026.

3. Protection of Children's Data

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and general best practices for child safety, data pertaining to minors in this system is collected and maintained solely for the purpose of safe check-in, check-out, attendance tracking, and event logistics. You acknowledge your responsibility to safeguard children's data with the highest level of care. Any misuse, exposure, or unauthorized sharing of children's information will be treated as a serious breach and may result in immediate removal from the event and referral to appropriate authorities.

4. Volunteer Data Collected — Your Consent

As a volunteer using this system, the following personal data about you is collected and stored in connection with your participation in PYPA VBS 2026:

• Full Name — for identification and team assignment
• Age / Age Group — for role suitability and event planning
• Church Affiliation — for organizational coordination
• City & State of Residence — for logistics and demographic records
• T-Shirt Size — for event merchandise distribution
• Volunteer Role(s) — for team assignment and scheduling
• Availability (Days) — to plan staffing across event days
• Attendance Check-in/Check-out Timestamps — for live attendance tracking and safety accountability
• Username & Login Activity — for system access control and audit trail

This data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorized event administrators. It will not be sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond the operation of PYPA VBS 2026. By checking the consent box below, you voluntarily and knowingly consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described above.

5. Data Security & Access Controls

Your login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your username or password with any other individual. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. You agree to log out immediately after completing your duties each session, especially when using shared or public devices. Failure to log out on shared devices may expose sensitive data to unauthorized individuals.

6. No Data Export or External Reproduction

You agree not to export, download, print, or reproduce any portion of the data displayed in this system for any purpose outside of your immediate event duties. This includes but is not limited to lists of children, parent contact details, volunteer rosters, or attendance records. Any such action without explicit written authorization from event leadership is prohibited.

7. Incident Reporting

If you become aware of any unauthorized access, data breach, suspicious activity, or misuse of this system, you are obligated to immediately report it to the event administrator or leadership. Prompt reporting is essential to the safety and integrity of all participants' data.

8. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

This system is provided "as is" for the operational needs of PYPA VBS 2026. India Christian Assembly NJ makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or absolute data security. In no event shall the organizers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this system, beyond what is required by applicable law.

9. Modifications

Event administrators reserve the right to modify access privileges, system features, or these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the system after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America. Any disputes arising from the use of this system shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
